Minimum Rental Requirement

We have a minimum product rental amount of $5,500. This ensures we can provide the best service and quality items for your event.

Booking and Payment Structure

To secure your rental items, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. To meet our manufacturing and delivery timelines, all bookings and initial deposits must be completed at least five months before the scheduled delivery date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. We recommend confirming your order as early as possible to ensure availability.

Pricing Based on Location

Our pricing is dependent on the location of your event. Please provide us with the venue address, and we’ll be happy to give you a tailored quote based on your rental selections and delivery requirements.

Damage Policy

We understand that accidents happen. If any rented item is broken, we will charge a replacement cost, typically three times the rental price, though this may vary depending on the specific item. For minor damages such as stains or tears, a non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of 10% will be added to your order. This fee is paid as a security against such damages and will not be refunded.
